A managed service from screen to support.

Do I own the PresentingX Player?

The PresentingX Player is provided as part of your active managed Signage service. It remains managed equipment associated with the service.

What happens if I cancel?

The Player must be returned according to the applicable service terms. A non-return or replacement equipment fee may apply.

Does every TV need a Player?

Each independently managed display normally requires a PresentingX Player. A separate distribution system carrying the same HDMI output may be treated as one managed Player.

Does it work without Internet?

The system is being designed to cache synchronized content locally so previously published presentations can continue playing during temporary connectivity interruptions.

Can I manage multiple locations?

Yes. The product architecture is designed to organize Players and displays across multiple locations from the same PresentingX account.

Can I use my own hardware?

PresentingX-managed Players are the standard deployment model. Customer-owned or enterprise hardware deployments may be available by arrangement.
